BLUE SPRINGS, Mo. (KCTV) - Students attending Blue Springs High School will notice a difference when they return to class next month.
Crews started working to demolish a church across the street from the high school. Construction trailers, heavy equipment, and a fence now surrounds the property.

Harvest Baptist Church recently moved to 425 NW RD Mize Road, which is on the eastside of Missouri 7 Highway.
Following the move, the school district bought the property across from Blue Springs High School.
