KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - A Texas man was charged this week with three counts of felony theft in a porch pirate case in Kansas City, Missouri.
According to court documents, 22-year-old Erick Alvarado-Mendez was arrested and charged Wednesday after stealing several packages from a home in the area south of Budd Park.
