A Kansas City house divided by the Super Bowl
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - Robin and Jamar Long have hosted a Super Bowl Party together for the past few years, and while Robin wears red, Jamar will be wearing red during the party.
“My husband’s from Philly, and we’ve drug him up here (to Union Station), because he married himself into Kansas City, so he has to come,” Robin Long said.
The couple were taking pictures among the fan zone displays with their friends Kayla Patterson and Eve Crumble. The photo ops include giant letters, scenes from New Orleans and of course Chiefs players.
“All green tomorrow,” Jamar Long said. “E-A-G-L-E-S, Philly in the house.”
“By the end of the game he’s going to be wearing red, a Chiefs jersey,” Kayla Patterson said. “I can guarantee it.”
Jamar and Robin Long plan to cook burgers and hot dogs for their guests during the Super Bowl.
