‘We are the Trendsetters’: Female athletes play for empowerment, titles in tackle football league

From teachers to landscapers to clinical researchers, women from all backgrounds are coming together to strap on football pads and hit the gridiron.

(InvestigateTV) — A group of women in Tennessee is a great example of finding time for your ion.

They juggled careers, motherhood and athletic pursuits in their first season playing in the U.S. Premier Women’s Football League.

Reporter Lauren Walsh shows us how the Tennessee Enforcers take women’s tackle football to a new level for the young girls who watch them play.
